Does anyone have any information about the RAF hospital at Fayid circa 1948-1952
in particular do you remember a nurse Ceinwen Lines,and a man called Herbert Exton
How long were they in Egypt ?, What happened to them ? I'm trying to piece together

P.O.W. camps in the Canal Zone 1945 -1948
Information wanted on the P.O.W. camps in the zone in particular camp 2773 at Abu Sueir can anybody help with this ?.
My Father was CQMS W.A.C West (Bill) REME at 2 Base Workshops in tel El Kebir between 1950 and 1954, before joining RNZEME and emigrating to New Zealand in 1958
Dad passed away on June 26th 1998, but I would like to hear from anyone who remembers him or to hear of "Busty Francis" or Bob Nock who were his friends at TEK. Busty was the Queen's Firemaster at Sandringham in 1958 and had a daughter Susan.
Do these names mean anything to anybody out there?
